🚚 Shipping Policy
All our products are printed and shipped on demand through our logistics partner, Printful.

Processing time usually takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the customer's location:

Estimated shipping rates:

  • North America (USA & Canada): $9.99 (3–5 business days)
  • Europe: $14.99 (5–10 business days)
  • Asia-Pacific: $16.99 (7–15 business days)
  • Rest of World: $19.99 (10–20 business days)

(Please note that during high-demand seasons, shipping times may be longer.)

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy
All our products are made to order through our partner Printful. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to size exchanges, change of mind, or customer errors in the shipping address.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include clear photos of the issue. We'll handle it with our supplier at no extra cost to you.

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, customs issues, or customer rejection, you'll receive a notification. You may request a reshipment by covering the new shipping fees.

Unclaimed returns are stored for up to 30 days. After that period, they will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
We do not offer refunds for returned orders without prior notice.

Return Policy (Printful)

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won't be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Where are returns sent?

By default, the return address is the Printful facility where your order was fulfilled:
For product returns only.
Packages shipped from our facilities in the United States and Mexico are returned to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.

Packages shipped from our facilities in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500. Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.

Packages shipped from our facilities in Latvia are returned to Lidostas Parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.

Packages shipped from our facilities in Spain are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95. 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, ​​Spain.

Packages shipped from our facilities in the United Kingdom are returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.

Packages shipped from our partnered facilities in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron. Queensland 4031, Australia (for clothing orders), to 338 Albert St, Brunswick. VIC 3056, Australia (for non-clothing orders, except phone cases), or to 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South. VIC 3175, Australia (for phone cases).

Packages shipped from our partnered facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3. Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (for clothing orders) or to Ibe 15. Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, 929-1801 Japan (for non-clothing orders).

Packages shipped from our partnered facility in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM. 3,5). Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Paulista Park. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brazil.

By purchasing from our store, you agree that all products are made to order and produced once your payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and policies without prior notice.
Using this site implies acceptance of our terms and policies.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on customized or made-to-order products. By making a purchase, you accept that customer errors (such as incorrect sizes, wrong addresses, or unclaimed orders) are non-refundable.

Returns due to product defects will be reviewed and covered by us in collaboration with our provider, Printful.

🌍 Taxes and Customs
Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

🌐 Cancellations
Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you need to make urgent changes, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase.
